Unfortunately for the Indianapolis Colts, rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson is done for the season. The exciting QB is sidelined with an AC sprain to his throwing shoulder that forced Richardson to surgery. While the focus for Richardson is now getting healthy, he still knows how to get the people going.
On Sunday, Richardson got Colts fans excited with his game day outfit. Keeping it chill with some sweats, Richardson rocked a Peyton Manning tee, and fans loved it. It was cool seeing Richardson, who many hope is Indy’s next great quarterback, rocking a shirt with the franchise’s greatest QB.

Richardson has been a very intentional dresser in his young career, already catching the eyes of fans and media members multiple times. It started in the preseason, when the Colts hosted the Chicago Bears. Richardson arrived to the game in a Colts’ Super Bowl 41 jacket— the Super Bowl that Indy won over the Bears.
Not only was it a nice pull to rep the franchise’s last championship, but everyone thought it was a great troll of the preseason opponent, Chicago, as well.
Richardson also made headlines with his outfit from his official NFL debut. He showed up to work in a green short suit, and that had people buzzing. Fortunately, when Richardson was healthy, his off-field swag mirrored his on-field production. The rookie quarterback was able to create even more headlines with his dynamic running ability and strong arm that ripped accurate passes.
Hopefully, Richardson will be able to continue his development while watching from the sidelines. When he returns to the field next season, healthy, fans will be expecting fire fits, and even better play from the young athletic quarterback. If things go well throughout his career, maybe Richardson will one day be in the same conversation as the quarterback on his shirt.
