Phil is currently a Senior at Butler University, pursuing a bachelors degree in sports media and strategic communications. Phil is a native of Framingham, Massachusetts where he started following sports thanks to the success of the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins. After traveling to Indianapolis to start school at Butler, Phil began following the likes of the Colts and the Pacers along with the other Indianapolis sports. Professionally, Phil has worked for a number of sports media organizations. His first internship was with the Indiana Pacers Media Relations team, where he worked under bosses David Benner, Krissy Meyers and Wes Kaminsky. After one semester with the Pacers, Phil jumped over to the media side of the business, working as a programming intern for ESPN's 1070 The Fan sports radio station in Indianapolis.
