The Indianapolis Colts are off to a much better start than many anticipated. They enter Week 6 with a 3-2 record, and will have a chance to take sole possession of the AFC South lead on Sunday, when they battle against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Indy opened the season with a 31-21 loss to he Jaguars, so this will be a pivotal second meeting for the teams.

It’ll definitely be a different game, mainly because of who will and won’t be playing for Indianapolis. Rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson is currently on IR with an AC joint sprain, so he won’t be active. Jonathan Taylor, however, will be playing. He was on the PUP list to start the season, so he missed the first matchup. Let’s look at all the details for this Week 6 game.

Colts vs. Jaguars Game Time

Like the majority of Indy’s games this season, this game is scheduled for 1:00 pm ET on Sunday, October 15. Nearly all of Indy’s games this season are scheduled to kick off at 1:00pm ET. Indianapolis has one game scheduled for 4:05pm ET, and an international game that will kickoff at 9:30 am ET.

Colts vs. Jaguars Location

This is a road game for the Colts, so it will be in Jacksonville at EverBank Stadium. In true Florida fashion, it’s expected to be 73 degrees and sunny at kickoff.

The game will be aired on CBS. Be sure to check local listings, because there will be multiple NFL games on CBS at this time. As far as streaming, the game will be available on fuboTV and NFL+.

Jacksonville enters this game as 4.5-point favorites over the visiting Colts. The first matchup of the season was a competitive game between the two but Indy ultimately lost by 10. Indianapolis will be hoping to pull off the upset. The over/under for the game is set at 44.5 points.

Historically, Indy has domainted the Jags, leading the all time series 27-18. However, there’s been one problem for the Colts: they can’t win in Jacksonville. Indy has lost eight straight games as the road team to the Jaguars. The Colts will try to break that streak on Sunday.
