...At least they're not the Titans!

The Indianapolis Colts won't give up without a fight. For what it's worth, Shane Steichen's team is clearly trying its best, and while that's definitely not good enough, it doesn't seem like they're ready to throw in the towel yet.

Maybe they're just not good enough, or perhaps it's time to make a coaching change. Whatever the case, the Colts have had a chance to win late in most of the games they've lost this season. Unfortunately, their record still reads 2-5.

At least they're not the only team in the AFC South that's struggling to close out games, but that's not much of a consolation prize right now. After seven weeks, they're still far from the top in the divisional power rankings.

AFC South power rankings: Colts still have a shot, but they're far behind

4. Tennessee Titans (1-6)

Watching the Tennessee Titans lose another game made the inexplicable Week 6 loss sting even more. To be fair, they played some solid defense on Sunday, though it was against Deshaun Watson and the Cleveland Browns.

Whatever the case, the Titans aren't a good team. Robert Saleh is a great defensive coordinator, but not much of a head coach. They don't have enough talent, and clearly, Cam Ward isn't the guy they hoped he'd be.

3. Indianapolis Colts (2-5)

The Indianapolis Colts fought hard against the last undefeated team, but they couldn't get the job done in the end. Even the usually reliable Spencer Shrader had a day to forget because, well, it was that kind of day.

Once again, Daniel Jones proved that the Colts must move on from him this offseason and hit the drawing board again. Also, Shane Steichen's seat might be getting blazing hot after dropping another close one.

This team has been in a position to win every game they've played, but blowing leads, late-game miscues, and poor quarterback play have been too big a hurdle to overcome. Something's got to change.

2. Houston Texans (2-5)

The Houston Texans' defense is finally starting to live up to the hype, but they just lost another game they were supposed to win easily. Their late-game execution issues might be the end of DeMeco Ryans' time in Houston.

Maybe the fact that the Texans have more talent on their roster, plus the fact that the Colts already beat them, should have them slip to No. 3. That said, unlike the Colts, they might have what it takes to actually put a good run together.

1. Jacksonville Jaguars (4-2)

The Jacksonville Jaguars are still the team to beat in the division, though it's not like they're already a lock to come out on top. They're just a couple of games above .500, and they won't get to play jet-lagged teams overseas anymore.

The Jaguars are a well-rounded and well-coached team, and they have the best quarterback in the division by a significant margin. Then again, they've always found ways to shoot themselves in the foot in big moments.
