The Indianapolis Colts play the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night football. Here are the best bets for the primetime Week 13 matchup.

This season has been rough for the Indianapolis Colts, entering Week 13 at an extremely underwhelming 4-7-1. Indianapolis will try to get right against the Dallas Cowboys with the entire football world watching as the two teams close out Sunday in a primetime matchup. Unfortunately for Indy, Dallas is playing really well right now.

The Cowboys enter the matchup at 8-3 and are coming off two impressive victories. They have one of the league’s best defenses, led by Micah Parsons, and an offense with a bunch of weapons. However, the Colts have found a way to make games close, so things should be competitive. If they are, here are some good bets for the game.

Best Colts bets Week 13

*All odds according to FanDuel*

3. Jonathan Taylor anytime touchdown scorer (-115)

This season has not unfolded for Jonathan Taylor like many expected it would. After his breakout season last year, the expectation was that this season would be just as dominant. Unfortunately, with the regression of Indy’s offensive line, that hasn’t been the case. However, Taylor has been heating up as of late.

Since Jeff Saturday took over and made getting Taylor the ball a point of emphasis, Taylor has had 64 carries over three games for 317 yards, five yards a carry, and has scored a touchdown in each of the last three games. Expect Taylor to find the end zone on Sunday night.

2. Michael Pittman Jr. over 5.5 catches (-114)

As bad as things have been offensively for the Colts, Matt Ryan always finds his receivers a few times a game for some exciting moments. No receiver has been targeted more, and come through more than Michael Pittman Jr. After establishing himself as the No. 1 receiver last year, Pittman has continued to play as such.

For this bet to be successful, Michael Pittman Jr. must have at least six catches. Pittman has done that in eight of the 11 games he’s played this season, including his last three. That streak should continue on Sunday against the Cowboys.

1. Alec Pierce over 27.5 yards (-114)

After going on an impressive seven-game stretch, Alec Pierce has come back down to earth during his rookie year. In his last three games, he’s had two appearances where he was targeted just twice but went catch-less. That would explain why Pierce’s over/under on receiving yards for this game is just 27.5 yards.

While Pierce has been in a bit of a rut, the rookie is due for a solid performance. In Week 11, against the Philadelphia Eagles, Pierce had 28 yards. He’s had seven games with more than 28 yards out of his 11 total career games. Pierce should be able to get number eight Sunday night.
