The Indianapolis Colts find themselves staring at a must-win game in Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins, as they need to make sure that despite their inefficient start to the season, they can ride on the back of Carson Wentz and compete for an AFC South crown in a very poor division.

The Colts aren’t going to get a ton of help from their stars in this one, as the injury report has confirmed that big hitters on both sides of the ball will not play in this game.

Colts Injury Report vs Dolphins Week 4

Quenton Nelson will miss the first start of his career in this game, and while Braden Smith might not be as heralded, his presence, or lack thereof, was felt in a loss against Tennessee. Kwity Paye might need to put a pin in his Defensive Rookie of the Year campaign until he sorts himself out and gets healthy.

Colts vs Dolphins Odds, Spread, Over/Under & Betting Pick Week 4

WynnBet’s Week 4 NFL odds have Frank Reich’s team as road underdogs. They check in at +110 on the moneyline (bet $100 to win $110). Miami is -130 (bet $130 to win $100) on the moneyline and -110 to cover a -2.5 spread.

The over-under in this game is -41.5, which shows that Vegas doesn’t have very high expectations for the Wentz vs. Brissett showdown.

Colts vs Dolphins Prediction

The Dolphins are no joke despite their quarterback situation thanks to their defensive secondary, but Indy should feel more confident about picking up a win in this game than they have in any other contest this season.

Brissett will make some throws, and that secondary could bait Wentz into an errant decision or two here and there, but Indianapolis will still have the better roster, and that could be just enough to help finally break the lost streak and put the Colts in the win column.
