Jaire Alexander is another player who struggled with injuries last season, but he was one of the nation’s best defensive backs in 2016 with 5 interceptions and 9 pass breakups.
Alexander was also a solid punt returner at Louisville and that is one place where he could come in and contribute as a rookie. Quincy Wilson, Minkah Fitzpatrick, and Jaire Alexander would make up the best young trio of cornerbacks in the NFL.
