The Colts will be without some key players for their Thursday Night Football matchup with the Broncos.

Center Ryan Kelly will miss his third game in a row this week as he continues to deal with the symptoms of a concussion. Mike Person has played well in place of Kelly, and Jacoby Brissett will hope that Person can keep up that level of play this week against a fearsome Denver defensive line.

Donte Moncrief will miss his second straight game with an ankle injury as the Colts’ offense will be without their second option at wide receiver. Chester Rogers will be asked to step up in Moncrief’s place against a Broncos secondary that boasts a fantastic trio of cornerbacks.

The Colts will be without their top cornerback for the third straight game as Rashaan Melvin has not fully recovered from a hand injury. He got in a couple of limited practices this week, so the Colts are hopeful that he could return after some extra rest following tonight’s game.

Cornerback Nate Hairston will also be on the sidelines for Thursday Night Football as Indianapolis continues to battle injuries in the secondary. Second round pick Quincy Wilson had a promising performance in Buffalo last week, and he’ll be expected to be the de facto number one cornerback tonight.
