Colts Phillip Dorsett to Attend 2015 NFLPA Rookie Premiere

The 2015 NFLPA Rookie Premiere will be hosted this week, May 28-31 in Los Angeles, and one member of the Indianapolis Colts in 1st round rookie wideout Phillip Dorsett is set to be in attendance.

The annual event includes sponsor and licensee activities, business of football seminars, and trading card photo shoots in team uniforms. The last of which will allow the rookies to wear their official Nike team uniforms for the first time.

As seen above, more than 40 top rookies will be participating in this year’s event, and it’s intended to be a special opportunity for the rookies to get better acclimated into the business side of football and further showcase their personalities through prospective marketing opportunities:

It seems like a positive experience for this year’s top rookies, and one that another Colts wideout in Donte Moncrief took full advantage of last season for the Colts, when he attended the event in Los Angeles and officially donned his Colts gameday uniform for the first time.

Following in his footsteps, the Colts’ Phillip Dorsett is no doubt an exciting player on the field, and it’ll be interesting to see how he looks in his official Colts uniform for the first time. Hopefully, he enjoys himself at the event with his fellow rookies, while also learning a lot along the way.
