Lost in the “DeflateGate shuffle” yesterday is that the Indianapolis Colts announced that the team will host their annual open house, mini-camp practice at Lucas Oil Stadium on Wednesday, June 10th. The event is free and open to the public.
The doors will open at 2 PM, and Colts fans will have access to the field, giveaways, discounted concessions, and other fanfare (including appearances by the Colts cheerleaders and mascot Blue) until the practice officially begins at 5:30 PM.
Parking is free in the South lot on a first-come, first-serve basis, and fans can enter through either the North or South gates, which will be the only ones open per the team’s official release.
It sounds like a fun opportunity for all Colts fans to not only enjoy and partake in the team’s festivities, but also to see where the team is at heading into next season. The event is presented by Speedway and is another nice perk that comes along with being a fan of the Colts. It’s definitely a classy gesture by the Colts organization.
