Indianapolis Colts running back Zack Moss reportedly will undergo pre-game workout Sunday to determine availability for Week 8 against the New Orleans Saints.
Moss is dealing with elbow and heel ailments ahead of this matchup.
If Moss can’t go, Colts fans should expect a heavy dose of Jonathan Taylor, who had his biggest game of the 2023 season in Week 7.
He and Moss have been splitting carries since the All-Pro back returned to the lineup back in Week 5.
Zack Moss injury status for Week 8 game vs. New Orleans Saints
Moss is listed as questionable for the Colts’ Week 8 matchup with heel and elbow injuries.

Jonathan Taylor anytime touchdown scorer
Since Taylor returned to the lineup in Week 5, he and Moss have split carries with Moss – at times – looking like the better back.
However, Taylor really rounded into form in Week 7, carrying the ball 18 times for 75 yards and his first touchdown of the season.
If Moss is out, Taylor could end up handling 20-25 touches – especially since he received 21 last week with both players in the lineup.
He’s a great pick to find the end zone with Moss banged up.
