1. Houston Texans

Forget the AFC South – few teams in football have a seemingly brighter future than the Texans, who skipped the whole "take-three-years-to-become-good" routine and went from 3-13-1 to division winners in one year. In one season on the job, head coach DeMeco Ryans has already molded the team into his image, and Stroud already looks like one of the best QBs in football. They're stacked with talent on defense, too: Derek Barnett, Derek Stingley, and Will Anderson were all ranked among the top 20 players at their position by Pro Football Focus. They could use a few more pieces on offense, but they're going to be a problem for the AFC South for a while.
