The Indianapolis Colts beat the Chicago Bears 21-16 in a much-needed victory that featured star-making performances from running back Jonathan Taylor and cornerback Jaylon Jones. Taylor ran for 110 yards, two touchdowns, and one 25-yard reception. Jones, meanwhile, had two interceptions.

Overall, the defense proved they can stop the run, allowing less than 50 rushing yards in the first half, compared to 237 against the Green Bay Packers. Bears quarterback Caleb Williams was sacked four times, and Laiatu Latu, who was out with a hip injury all week, rebounded from his injury to not only take the field, but force a fumble.

Unfortunately, several members of the Colts were injured... and all on the same drive in the second half.

Kwity Paye

Paye went down with his teammates taking a knee next to him on the ground. Trainers came out to the field to examine him, and he had to be helped off the field, as he couldn't bear weight on his leg.

He was examined in the team's injury tent and was found to have a quad injury; he told Joel Erickson he will be getting scans after the game. Erickson said he sounded optimistic, so he will hopefully be able to play in next week's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Dallis Flowers

While attempting a tackle, Flowers' right leg could be seen buckling. He was able to walk off the field, but did not return to the game. Instead, he spent the remaining time on a stationary bike.

Flowers was not mentioned in head coach Shane Steichen's post-game press conference, so presumably, he will be fit to practice this week.

Kenny Moore II

Moore injured his hip while trying to block wide receiver D.J. Moore. Doctors worked on Moore on the sideline, but he wasn't able to get back into the game, and remained on the bench. He was seen struggling, however, and was eventually ruled out with a hip injury.
