Jarvis Landry, WR

Going back to the wide receiver position, the last free agent that Indianapolis could sign is wide receiver Jarvis Landry. He spent last season with the New Orleans Saints, but did not play a full season due to injury, similar to some of the other guys on this list. Injuries are obviously a reason to be careful.

But, also like some of the guys on this list, signing a veteran late in the offseason would come cheap and the Colts could add some incentives to make it worthwhile on both sides. Landry is a much different type of receiver than Golladay, playing mostly in the slot and as a possession type.

That is also the type that a rookie quarterback like Richardson might benefit from having, though. Landry, if healthy, is one of the better security blanket types in this league. He's always been a target monster and has had some of the better hands in the league over his time. On the short and intermediate routes, Landry is phenomenal.

It's almost like a shooter in basketball, when he sees his first bucket go in. If Richardson wanted some easy, quick throws, Landry is your guy. He's the type who can help instill confidence for Richardson, and early on.
