Indianapolis Colts 53-man roster feels like one that can compete in the AFC South

The division belongs to Houston, but they're about to have a big problem with the Colts.

Wide Receiver (6)

  • Starters: Micheal Pittman Jr, Alec Pierce, Josh Downs
  • Reserves: Adonai Mitchell, Ashton Dulin, Anthony Gould

No surprise this year from this room as they return the core from last year and the two rookies join Ashton Dulin. The back end of this room will be able to assist with special teams and will hope to make an impact in the event of an injury or game plan scheme. The battle on the outside between Alec Pierce and rookie Adonai Mitchell will be awesome to watch all year.

Tight End (4)

  • Starters: Mo Alie-Cox, Kylen Granson
  • Reserves: Drew Ogletree, Will Mallory

An unfortunate injury to Jelani Woods made the decision about this a whole lot easier.

The Mallory vs Woods battle has worked itself out with Jelani Woods being placed on the season-ending IR because of a turf toe injury. Reminder, both Mo Alie-Cox and Kylen Granson are in contract years and with Jelani Woods now missing his second consecutive year to injury, all four of these guys have some added motivation.
