Game-by-game predictions for the rest of the Colts season after the Bye Week
By John Makuch
Week 16 @ Falcons- W
Speaking of stability, the Atlanta Falcons have not found that at the quarterback position, with both Desmond Ridder and Taylor Heinicke sustaining injuries at some point this season, so it is unclear who the starter will be at this point.
Obviously, the main weapon here is Bijan Robinson for Atlanta, and his usage may just be where it needs to be by this point of the year. The Falcons have a dynamic offense despite their quarterback struggles, so defensively it will be up to the pass rush yet again to disrupt a young quarterback either way.
This one being on the road will be tough because Atlanta always puts a good environment together, but the Colts are still a stronger squad. The secondary will need to show out against Drake London and Kyle Pitts who are both looking to really break out here.
Minshew should be fine against this defense, and if the Colts can just hold Atlanta enough this should be a victory for Indianapolis to keep them above .500.
At 8-7 here the Colts will probably be out of contention for the division, but the wild card will still be a possibility for this team. The final two games of this schedule has a chance to be wins that would guarantee them a playoff spot as well if the rest of the league gives them a bit of help.
Colts record: 8-7
