2. L'Jarius Sneed, CB

The L'Jarius Sneed situation is a very fluid one, and it could change by the second. Right now, it looks like the Kansas City Chiefs will keep Sneed in Kansas City on the franchise tag. However, there are also rumblings that the Chiefs are using the tag in order to facilitate a trade.

Sneed is one of the top free agents this offseason, regardless of position, and the Colts very realistically could pay him. The question becomes, though, would the Colts be willing to part with draft capital in order to then go on and pay him big-time money?

The most recent reports state that Sneed is likely going to require a second-round pick sent to Kansas City in a trade. Would the Colts be willing to surrender the no. 46 selection in exchange for Sneed? That's a tough call. Per Spotrac, Sneed will command over $16 million annually. The tag is over $19 million, though, and that's probably around where he'll ask to be paid on a yearly basis.

Last season, Sneed gave up a career-low opposing quarterback rating of just 56.2 and allowed zero touchdowns in coverage. Over the last two seasons, he has racked up 186 total tackles, 25 passes defensed, five interceptions, 10 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.

To say Sneed would fill a hole in Indianapolis is a gigantic understatement.
