Colts announce gameday themes for all 2023 home games

In a couple of weeks, the Indianapolis Colts will return for training camp, and before we know it, the 2023 season will start. As fans are anxiously waiting for a new year, the Colts franchise is busy preparing to make sure that the 2023 season is an enjoyable experience for fans. While that will be largely decided by what happens on the field, the organization is doing its part to make sure home games are a fun experience.

On Tuesday, the team announced the gameday themes for each home game, including the home preseason game against the Chicago Bears. In total, the Colts will play 10 homes games in 2023. Of course, there could be more if Indy makes the playoffs with a favorable seed.

Colts announce themes with one suprise theme to be revealed

Many of the announced themes are the ones that fans have grown to expect from the Colts in recent years. From Family Day to Crucial Catch to Throwback and Kicking the Stigma, these days have become staples for home games at Lucas Oil Stadium. However, there was one theme that caught the attention of fans.

It’s the theme that remains unknown. In the Week 7 game against the Cleveland Browns on October 22, the them was listed as “Reveal July 17.” So obviously, this is a major theme that deserves its on announcement, an announcement that will come on Monday.

Fans quickly assumed that this soon-to-be revealed theme is a Ring of Honor introduction. The Colts have been inducting different franchise legends into the Ring of Honor throughout the years, including lineman Tarik Glenn last season. Another legend could be joining Glenn and the rest of the greats in the Ring of Honor soon.
