Chase Young
The Colts have two formidable pass rushers on the roster, already, in Samson Ebukam and Kwity Paye. Each of them had at least 8.5 sacks a year ago and return for the 2024 season in Indy. But, the Colts could still use additional talent off the edge, and there's a real interesting name still available in former no. 2 overall pick, Chase Young.
The fact that Young hasn't signed yet might mean he could come a bit cheaper than originally expected. Would he be willing to become part of a three-headed monster at the position? Who knows. But, I do know that if he landed in Indianapolis, Young could give the Colts one of the most consistent and disruptive defensive fronts in all of football.
You add him to the fold with guys like DeForest Buckner and Grover Stewart on the interior, plus the two established rushers already on the roster, and the Colts just got scary.
Young has yet to truly reach his potential as a pro, mostly in part due to injuries early on in his career. But, the guy is only about to turn 25 years old here in April and hasn't even hit his prime, yet.
