1. What’s going on at cornerback for the Colts?

Right after quarterback, cornerback has become the group with the most attention. There were already eyes on the group since everyone knew a young player had to step up with Stephon Gilmore no longer with the team, now that’s especially the case with Isaiah Rodgers Sr. likely facing a suspension.

It’ll be interesting to see if Rodgers is even in attendance. After the news of his investigation was announced, he was away from the team for the remainder of OTAs. Since Rodgers hasn’t officially been suspended yet, it’s unclear if Indy will excuse him or expect him to participate.

Whether Rodgers is there or not, he isn’t expected to be available during the season, so all eyes will be on the rookie cornerbacks, as well as second-year Dallis Flowes. Will Julius Brents be healthy and practicing? How will Brents, Darius Rush, and Jaylon Jones perform? Will the young secondary look ready to start in the fall? Those are the things to watch in the secondary during minicamp.
