2. What unit is Anthony Richardson with and how is he performing?

The biggest thing that everyone will be interested in is Anthony Richardson. Since the Indianapolis Colts selected Richardson with the fourth-overall pick, everyone wants to know how the young quarterback is adjusting to the NFL and if he’ll be the team’s starter once Week 1 rolls around.

OTAs were a good start for Richardson with the Colts. The rookie QB was making plays and impressing coaches and teammates. On some days, he was splitting reps with Gardner Minshew on the first team, and other days, Richardson was running exclusively with the second unit. That will be something to monitor as the offseason continues.

It’s unclear if Shane Steichen and Indy has a specific unit rotation in mind for Richardson or if everything is determined off his performance for now. It’s even possible that his reps could be based of what’s being installed. Either way, everyone is hoping that Richardson can quickly pick everything up so that he can be on the field for Indy.

If Richardson can impress during minicamp, and carry it over into training camp, there’s a pretty good chance that he could start the season as the team’s No. 1 quarterback.
