The Indianapolis Colts are playing with a lot of confidence after beginning the season 3-0. Indy is one of the few teams left that hasn't lost a game. To be fair, however, the Colts have not had an overly difficult schedule so far.

That changes in Week 4 when Indianapolis travels to Los Angeles to play the 2-1 Rams. LA's only loss so far this season is to the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles. The Rams played well enough to win that game, and likely would have except for special teams mistakes.

LA is exceedingly good defensively with the kind of unit that can limit a Colts offense working at peak efficiency, at least as far as getting points on nearly every day. In Week 4, Indy will need to finish drives with touchdowns instead of a lot of field goals.

That also means that Indianapolis's defense is going to have to have its best game of the season. LA has a lot of talent, including quarterback Matthew Stafford, running back Kyren Williams, and wide receiver Puka Nacua. Indy safety Cam Bynum isn't afraid to deliver some smack talk prior to the game, though.

Speaking to teammate Josh Downs on the wide receiver's podcast, Bynum cracked down on what he feels is a quiet Rams home crowd. Any noise heard in an attempt to negatively affect the Colts is artificial, at least according to Bynum.

The safety said, "They play fake crowd noise because their crowd isn’t that turnt. The Rams, they have a good fanbase, but they’ve moved around so much where it’s not like true fans. It’s more of like a celebrity show in there. It’s like, yeah, I know this is fake...Because on third downs, you see the crowd is sitting down, but somehow there’s noise coming from somewhere."

While there is certainly no way of proving Bynum's theory, at least not one the Rams organization is going to admit, the truth is that if one watches many home games for Los Angeles, they will notice that a lot of the fans in attendance are those of the Rams' opponent.

In other words, Indianapolis Colts fans will likely be heard making a lot of noise in Week 4. Indy is playing well enough to have its fans want to travel to watch them play. LA fans can be loud, though there is an argument that they support baseball and basketball more vociferously.

We will all find out just how loud the Los Angeles Rams' SoFi Stadium will be when the Colts play them. The hope is that by the end, the only people left cheering are the Indianapolis fans who went to the game.
