The Indianapolis Colts play an international game for the second straight season as the team takes on the Washington Commanders at Tottenham Stadium in London, England, on Sunday. Kickoff is set for 9:30 am ET, so it'll be breakfast and football in Indy.
Fans should be feeling a lot better about how the season might go after head coach Shane Steichen's group found its way back to steal a victory from the Houston Texans in Week 3. A huge thanks should go to kicker Spencer Shrader for that, of course.
Whether or not Shrader needs to win the game in London in Week 4 remains unknown, of course, but if that happens, so be it. Winning ugly is still winning. But here is what you need to know before Sunday's game.

How to watch the Indianapolis Colts vs. the Washington Commanders in Week 4
Sunday's London game will be broadcast on the NFL Network, but fans in Indianapolis can also see the game on WRTV (ABC Channel 6). The television broadcast crew will consist of Dave Pasch on play-by-play, Jason Kelce and Kurt Warner doing analysis, and Molly McGrath reporting from the sidelines.
If you want to stream the game, you can do that, most likely, through your television provider as well as NFL+. The latter has plans that begin at $6.99 a month.
If you want to listen to the game, you can do so on 93.5/107.5 The Fan in Indianapolis, 97.1 HANK, or the Ascension St. Vincent Radio Network. Matt Taylor will provide play-by-play, Charles Arbuckle will do the analysis, and Larra Overton will give fans news from the sidelines.
Colts vs. Commanders injury updates in Week 4
On Friday, head coach Shane Steichen had not ruled any players out. However, on Saturday, wide receiver Keenan Allen was ruled out with a groin strain. He and Alec Pierce both being out hurts the Colts' passing game in ways that might not be fully known before the game.
As for the Commanders, they knew they'd be without Jayden Daniels due to a dislocated elbow. Wide receiver Terry McLaurin is also likely to miss the game with a hamstring injury.
Storylines to watch for Colts vs. Commanders in Week 4
The Commanders stunned the football world by defeating the Seattle Seahawks in Week 3 as Washington was playing with backup quarterback Marcus Mariota. The key was something that will likely come into play in Week 4, too: The Commanders are really good at run defense.
This means quarterback Daniel Jones will need to be excellent, and do so once again without wide receiver Alec Pierce. Pierce is out for the foreseeable future after aggravating or reinjuring his heel. In Indy's Week 3 victory against the Houston Texans, Keenan Allen and, surprisingly, Laquon Treadwell stepped up. Can Treadwell do so again? No one knows.
Two things will need to happen for Indianapolis to win. Josh Downs will have to be terrific once again as the team's WR1, and the defense will have to play closer to its Week 3 form than in the two games before that. If those occur, Indy will be 2-2.
What might happen between the Colts and the Commanders
As long as Jones doesn't keep turning the ball over, Indianapolis should be fine. The Commanders did score 33 points against the Seahawks, but one of their touchdowns was an interception return for a touchdown. That's important because Washington can create turnovers.
Jonathan Taylor might not have a huge day because the Commanders are among the league leaders in rush defense DVOA, but doubting Taylor seems foolish, too. He's made differently than most other running backs ever.
Still, most likely the game will be a low-scoring affair that Indy wins something like 21-17, with DeForest Buckner being great again, and Jones leading long drives with ball-control passes. The long plane ride back home from London should go really well.
