These prospects in this year’s Reese’s Senior Bowl could be high-value additions for the Indianapolis Colts in the 2023 NFL Draft.

It’s that time again for all the pre-draft buzz. The Reese’s Senior Bowl is back and set to be played this coming Saturday, February 4, in Mobile, Alabama. College football’s most elite players get a final opportunity to increase their draft stock, while small school players get a chance to suit up and run against some of the best.

Last year, the Senior Bowl was full of talent as the majority of the players went on to be big-time difference-makers for their NFL teams. The Indianapolis Colts selected wide receiver Alec Pierce, offensive tackle Bernhard Raimann, and defensive lineman Eric Johnson II in the 2022 draft, all of whom played in the Senior Bowl last year.

With a new regime for the Colts on the horizon, player movement, and a desired multiplicity of talent in order to have a successful upcoming season, the Senior Bowl will be another great source of talent for Indy. Currently Indy has the No. 4 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft this April. However, rumors have already been surfacing about improving the draft position with various opportunities to shake up the current roster.

There has been speculation about a possible trade with the Chicago Bears for the No. 1 pick. Chris Ballard has a history of progressive trading at this time of year, so it absolutely tracks for the Colts to be active. What prospects could Indy be moving around to select in the Draft?

Analyzing the roster at this stage, there are a few positions of interest for the Colts to be invested in. Those positions are quarterback, wide receiver, offensive line, defensive line, and linebacker. What better place to look for solutions than a college all-star game? Here are some prospects Indy should be watching in Mobile.
