The Indianapolis Colts will travel to play the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. Here are the odds and a prediction for the Week 10 matchup.
The Indianapolis Colts have been going through a lot. This week alone, the team has fired Frank Reich and randomly hired Jeff Saturday as interim head coach. But through it all, Indy still has to play a game on Sunday. Indianapolis’ opponent in Week 10 is the Las Vegas Raiders. At the start of the season, this matchup was looking like headlines galore.
The Colts taking on a Raiders team that helped keep them out of the playoffs last season with a walk-off field goal, and for a little extra dose of revenge, Las Vegas is now coached by Josh McDaniels, the coach that left Indy at the alter in 2018. Additionally, both teams were expected to be contenders. Instead, when these two teams take the field on Sunday, it will be a battle of two dysfunctional teams that are drastically underwhelming.
Colts vs. Raiders odds Week 10
With everything going on in Indianapolis, FanDuel has Indy as +225 underdogs (bet $100 to win $225) entering Sunday’s game. Las Vegas is the favorite with -275 odds to win (bet $275 to win $100). Despite all of the changes, improvement is not expected to come soon for the Colts.
FanDuel also has the spread of the game set at 6.5 points with -110 odds. The odds of the Raiders winning by seven or more points are -110 (bet $110 to win $100) and the odds of Indy losing by six points or less are also -110.
The over/under for this game is set at 42.5 points with the odds for the over and under at -110. That means a $110 bet on the over will win $100 if the combined points equal 43 or more and a $110 bet on the under will win $100 if the combined points equal 42 or less.
Colts vs. Raiders prediction Week 10
Indianapolis looked like a terrible football team on Sunday, offensively at least. The defense has been solid all season and that should continue but it’ll be foolish to expect much out of the offense that was on the field in Week 9, especially considering all that’s unfolded since Sunday’s game. To make matters worse, Las Vegas is a beatable team.
The Raiders will enter the game at 2-6, a worse record than Indy. Each week, they have just found ways to lose, despite having a talented roster. They should be able to get a win on Sunday though because Las Vegas will be the less dysfunctional franchise on the field.
