1. Frank has to do what others wouldn’t imagine
There are honestly a ton of things that Indianapolis could do with the roster they have heading into 2022. It is likely they will continue to push through by being average again. The average play obviously equals wins and playoffs, right? That’s how all of the AFC title contenders make the playoffs.
Can Frank draw up more crazy plays and scheme against teams to do something that opposing offenses and defenses would never anticipate?
When we think of the craziest thing Frank has done in a game, we can all go back to the 2017 Super Bowl when Trey Burton threw a touchdown pass to Nick Foles, all but sealing an Eagles title. Where is that Frank? It seems that he has been too scared to really draw up something wild like that.
With Nyheim Hines likely going to be used more in the passing game, that is a start. But that’s again just average play from a team. It’s 2022, and almost every good team uses their running backs in the passing game.

But acknowledges Sam Ehlinger has done everything he needed to do.
Frank needs to do the unthinkable in 2022 to set the Colts apart from every other average team fighting for a wildcard spot. Could we see Sam Ehlinger in the wildcat or having a larger role in the offense even at the QB3 spot? Maybe not, but it’s something that Frank needs to be aware of heading into the season.
What is marking the Colts as a different team this year? What is going to get them into the Super Bowl? Being afraid to do something unexpected surely will not get you there anymore.

3 things the Colts offense must do better in 2022
The Indianapolis Colts must do a few things better offensively this upcoming season if they want to have a stronger year than last season.
