Make the moves that make sense

This move just makes the most sense if Julio Jones really still has what it takes to be an elite wide receiver.

Of course, everyone understands the duo and how Matt Ryan and Jones torched teams for a while and even made it to the Super Bowl together. Then the Falcons traded Julio to the Titans and it was over. Or was it?

Jones could come to Indianapolis to be paired with Ryan once again to prove that what happened in Tennessee was a fluke.

Many fans in Indianapolis would love to see this happen, but they’d also love to see T.Y. Hilton finish his career as a member of the Colts roster. Why not both?

Both receivers were given reduced contracts last season and failed to produce under bad situations. By giving them both a veteran like Ryan, they could not only excel on the field but in the locker room as well.

Signing both Julio and T.Y. allows the roster to open up a little more and bring a drive to get to the Super Bowl. Both players want to hold the Lombardi before retirement and both could also be great mentors to the Colts’ young receiving corp.
