Colts finally get their hands on Allen Robinson

Allen Robinson should be priority No. 1 for the Indianapolis Colts this offseason. Whether they run Ehlinger, Garoppolo, Carr, or someone else, they need more weapons on the offense.

Robinson has been linked to Indianapolis for two years now. Last year, the Bears chose to put the franchise tag on him but was not tagged this year.

Robinson brings much-needed talent to the Colts to pair with Michael Pittman Jr. He has seen a decrease in production this past season, but that could likely be because he saw three different quarterbacks in 2021.

In both 2019 and 2020, A-Rob went for 1,100+ yards, so he has the ability to make plays. This could be the best opportunity Indy has at having two wide receivers with 1,000+ yards in a single season.

Colts get better at tight end

With the retirement of Jack Doyle, the Colts could get an upgrade at tight end with CJ Uzomah. CJ made a big leap in 2021 with the Cincinnati Bengals and could be ready to be a top-tier tight end.

Uzomah was paired with a trio of wide receivers that took a lot of pressure off of the tight end position. However, he was able to make the most out of yards after the catch and made an impact in the passing game.

C.J. would be an incredible addition to the Colts’ offense. Pairing him with Kylen Granson for Sam Ehlinger to sling the ball to would help open the offense up more.
