Colts have players that need re-signed

First, we need to address Indy’s current free agents. It was announced that Pro Bowl left tackle Eric Fisher is unlikely to re-sign with the Colts in 2022. This leaves just a few current Colts that need to be re-signed.

Re-signing Mark Glowinski and Chris Reed should be a heavy concern for Chris Ballard. Both have started at the right guard position for different reasons. Re-signing both should be a priority for depth.

It would be wise to bring back All-Pro safety George Odum as well. He has been a force on the special teams and is very much liked in the locker room.

The total price for these three players is around a total of $9 million. It would be worth keeping these three players and letting many of the others walk unless they are looking for a smaller base salary.

There are many very productive pieces on the market this year that would help the Colts compete for the AFC South again.
