Many Indianapolis Colts fans are already making clear who they want at quarterback next season.

Since the Indianapolis Colts didn’t make the postseason, they have some extra time on their schedule. Hopefully, Carson Wentz isn’t spending his time scrolling through social media.

Following Indy’s unexpected Week 18 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, the social spaces haven’t been complimentary of Wentz.

At first, it started as a critique of his play, then fans began to wonder if Wentz could be replaced. After some non-committal statements by Chris Ballard and Frank Reich, fans have gone into full general manager mode.

With the power of photoshop, Colts fans are making clear which quarterbacks they would like to have next season.

Colts fans hoping to tweet a QB change into existence

Seattle Seahawks quarterback, Russell Wilson, currently leads the league in Indianapolis jersey photoshops. There are a few edits of Wilson in an Indy jersey and the pictures are being shared at a high volume throughout Colts Twitter.

With Twitter’s latest “Tweet It Into Existence” campaign, the movement that is just getting started by Colts Nation may have some power.

There’s also a reasonable path where Indianapolis could actually acquire Wilson, so fans can keep their hopes up.

However, Wilson wasn’t the only quarterback that was digitally edited into Indy’s threads.

Derek Carr was also photoshopped into an Indianapolis uniform, but his edit didn’t go over as well. As the young folks would say, the tweet got ratioed.

Many fans took to the comments and quote tweets to express that they didn’t want Carr to come to Indianapolis, though, there were a select few who felt Carr would be an upgrade over Wentz.

There are still about two months until free agency signings or trading can even happen, so fans have ample time to photoshop any other players they’d like to see in a Colts uniform.
