Colts should target Michael Gallup

Michael Gallup is apart of one of the most talented offenses with the Dallas Cowboys, but the excess of talent is why Gallup will likely be looking for a new home this offseason.

The Cowboys offense posses a lot of big names from linemen like Tyron Smith to running backs like Ezekiel Elliot and Tony Pollard, and of course quarterback Dak Prescott. At receiver, Dallas has CeeDee Lamb, Amari Cooper and Gallup.

Lamb and Cooper are contracted through 2024, and the Cowboys have no reason to move on from them. When Gallup begins to negotiate this offseason, he may be the odd man out in Dallas.

Gallup may not be able to command as much money as he wants in Dallas considering the team uses him as a third receiver, so he may turn to the market for a bigger role and a bigger contract.

Indianapolis can offer both to Gallup. The only current Colts receiver that is sure to be back next year is Michael Pittman Jr. Indy has the cap space to pair Gallup with Pittman and allow them to be a dangerous duo, playing off the run game.
