The Indianapolis Colts will host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 12.

After having the best performance in the NFL last week, the Indianapolis Colts will face another stiff test in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Colts will have the opportunity to ride last week’s momentum and knock off another top team.

Indianapolis enters Week 12 at 6-5 and will play in front of their fans this coming Sunday. Coming to town is Tom Brady and the defending Super Bowl Champion Buccaneers; they’ll be putting their 7-3 record on the line.

Tampa Bay is favored to win this game, but if last week’s Colts performance taught us anything, it’s that the game will be determined on the field and not the sportsbook.

Indianapolis can win, but they will have to put on another elite performance, and it all starts with containing the greatness that is Tom Brady. Here are three Colts players that can make Brady’s life miserable when they battle the Bucs:

3. DeForest Buckner can make Tom Brady’s life miserable in Colts vs. Buccaneers

In Brady’s last five games, he’s been sacked three times and all three were in Tampa Bay’s Week 8 loss to the New Orleans Saints. Aside from that game, Brady has been chilling in the pocket, unfazed.

If Indianapolis wants to win this game, they can’t allow him to be comfortable in the pocket. The Buccaneers’ last outing against the Giants showed what happens when Brady is allowed to sit in the pocket all game. He dropped back 46 times and carved New York up for 307 yards and two touchdowns.

DeForest Buckner is the Colts’ sack leader with 4.5 and he will need to make a home in the backfield on Sunday. The Buccaneers have an elite receiver group and sometimes the best pass defense can be a great pass rush. Buckner will have to lead the charge in flustering Brady so Tampa’s passing attack won’t have their way.
