1. Colts running back Marlon Mack

Marlon Mack is the obvious no brainer on this list. Many thought his time with Indianapolis would come to an end around the trade deadline, but that came and went. Now, it’s just a countdown to the end of the season before the pair parts ways.

Mack had a successful career in his first three years with the Colts, but after tearing his Achilles in 2020 and the emergence of Jonathan Taylor, he has been phased out of the franchise’s plans…which is why Mack requested a trade earlier in the season.

After not being traded at the deadline, Mack has been inactive the last two games. While it’s clear he won’t be back next season, his future for even the remainder of this season is up in the air. He can’t be traded, and it doesn’t seem like the Colts have any intention on playing him, so it’s very possible that he could just be released.

In any event, Mack’s time is coming to an end with Indianapolis. The only question is how soon will it get here?
