The Indianapolis Colts got back on the right track on Thursday night, as they completely stomped an injured Jets team to move to 4-5 on the season and keep their playoff hopes alive in a wide-open AFC.

In Week 10, Frank Reich will be matched up against Urban Meyer and the Jacksonville Jaguars. While this roster is devoid of experience and talent at multiple spots, rookie stud Trevor Lawrence and the Jags have won two of their last four games, including a stunning upset of a Super Bowl contender in the Bills last week.

The Colts can’t afford any more stumbles in the next few weeks. Ryan Tannehill and the Titans are on the verge of pulling away with the division, and that means Indianapolis needs every victory they can get to stay alive.

Will the Colts take care of business against an inferior opponent? Or will Lawrence and the Jaguars pull off a second consecutive upset?

Colts vs Jaguars odds Week 10

According to our friends at WynnBET, the Colts are 10.5-point home favorites and have -110 odds to cover that line (bet $110 to win $100). On the moneyline, the Colts are huge favorites, checking in at -490 to win outright. Jacksonville is +390 (bet $100 to win $390) on the moneyline and also have -110 odds to cover the +10.5 spread.

The over/under for Sunday is set at 48 points, with both the over and under sitting at -110.

Colts vs Jaguars Week 10 Prediction

The Jaguars put together one of the most shocking defensive performances you’ll see all season long, as they limited the mighty Allen to just six points. The odds of playing that well in consecutive weeks are low for any defense, let alone one as young as Jacksonville’s group.

While the offense looked sluggish last week, Lawrence was playing one of the best defenses in the league without the aid of James Robinson. He could be in for more success against a suspect Colts defense.

Even with all of those factors working against Indy, Carson Wentz and Jonathan Taylor should feel confident in their ability to move the ball, as they are coming off a game in which they hung 45 points on New York.

If the defense manages to contain Lawrence and the offense can take advantage of an umimpressive Jacksonville run defense that Buffalo was unable to exploit, Indy should take home the win and move to 5-5.
