1. WR Parris Campbell

At this point, it’s fair to say that Campbell can officially be declared a bust. While players like AJ Brown, DK Metcalf, and Terry McLaurin were all selected within a few picks of Campbell, he just hasn’t proven he can either stay healthy or impact a game when the planets align and he is a full go.

Campbell has just 10 catches all season long and 34 in his career. After hauling in a long touchdown against the Texans, he was swiftly placed on injured reserve due to a foot injury. This was just another in a series of very tough breaks for someone who used to be one of the speediest players in college football.

Parris Campbell looks like a bust for the Indianapolis Colts.

While wide receiver still isn’t exactly a position of strength for the Colts, the fact that Michael Pittman Jr. has been able to step up while Campbell has gone out despite a completely different skillset further shows that Ballard made a mistake when he chose the former Ohio State star.

Injuries may be to blame here, but Campbell wasn’t exactly turning into prime DeSean Jackson when he was healthy. Both player and club alike need a fresh start, as Campbell was extremely disappointing this season.
