1. Miami Dolphins

Believe it or not, the Colts’ next opponents — the Miami Dolphins — check in at No. 1 on this list. Does anyone else get the feeling that this is a match made in heaven? After all, Mack was born and raised in Sarasota, FL and even played his college ball at South Florida, where he was an absolute superstar.

In three years at USF, Mack totaled 3,609 yards and 32 touchdowns at an insane 6.2 yards per carry. In other words, Mack shouldn’t have much of a problem winning over Dolphins fans, who would likely welcome a new face to the offense.

The Dolphins would be a dream landing spot for Colts RB Marlon Mack.

As far as the RB position is concerned, 2020 breakout star Myles Gaskin has just 27 carries in three games. Malcolm Brown is more of a goal-line specialist and has just 68 rushing yards through three games.

The Dolphins’ running game has been a disaster all season  — they rank 29th with 3.94 yards per carry — and it’s shown zero signs of improvement recently, so Mack would see plenty of work if a deal came to fruition.

If you need any more evidence that a Mack-Miami marriage would work, he has plenty of experience with Jacoby Brissett, the Dolphins’ current starting QB after Tua Tagovailoa was placed on injured reserve, from his time in Indy.

It makes too much sense. Make it happen!
