Colts pass rusher target No. 1: Jadeveon Clowney

Clowney went from a three-time Pro Bowler and one of the most feared player at any position in the league to someone who has totaled just three sacks in the last two seasons. Is Clowney close to washing out of the league, or is he just not being used right?

Clowney is still getting to the quarterback, but he isn’t tallying high sack numbers. Despite that, his ability to generate pressures and stuff the run could lead to him joining his third AFC South team, provided Ballard splurges a bit.

Will Jadeveon Clowney be a Pro Bowler with the Colts?

Clowney, despite his poor run of form, is big and strong enough to demand an eight-figure contract. In an Eberflus defense that has constantly turned underperforming role players into stars, Clowney could rediscover his value.

At his best, No. 90 roaring off of the edge was a sight that no offensive tackle wanted to see. If Eberflus gets his hands on him and figures out exactly what the athletic marvel has been screwing up over the last few years, we could see a return to All-Pro form for the South Carolina star.
