Colts 2020 Mock Draft 4.0: Post-combine seven round projection
Eric Ebron is on his way out, and the Indianapolis Colts would like nothing more than to put a solid one-two punch at tight end on the field in 2020. Colby Parkinson doesn’t get much attention compared to others, but there’s a lot of potential here.
For one, Parkinson’s catch radius is elite for his position, and he can become an immediate red zone threat. Parkinson works well up the seam and in crossing routes as a route runner. He needs some more time to become versatile enough to be flexed out and play inline, but the raw power is there for development.
Speaking of raw power, Tremayne Anchrum certainly brings that to the table as an offensive lineman. He played tackle at Clemson, but he translates better to guard in the NFL where he can win with power and balance without having to handle elite speed rushers. He brings some mobility to the table as well.
Finishing up the draft with a running back is important for the Colts, who have announced that they aren’t negotiating with Marlon Mack for a long term deal. Joshua Kelley would be a great add this late in the draft.
Kelley brings good vision to the table reading a cutback in zone schemes, and brings good power to the table as well. He isn’t a burner, but his second gear when he gets into space is noticeable. Kelley would be a nice fit in Indy.
