Round 2, Pick 34:

1. Jalen Reagor, TCU

2. Justin Jefferson, LSU

3. K.J. Hamler, Penn State

4. Laviska Shenault Jr., Colorado

This pick is where we could see the Indianapolis Colts select a wide receiver, especially if they go quarterback in the first.

At the top of the board is Jalen Reagor. Reagor talked about challenging Ruggs in the 40 yard dash, and it wouldn’t be shocking if he ran something below 4.3. His speed and ability to stack defensive backs makes him a dangerous vertical threat. Reagor also makes plays downfield in contested spots. Don’t forget about his ability in gadget spots either.

Justin Jefferson would be a great addition to the Colts. Jefferson is a plus route runner from the slot, and can get separation with patience and a good route tree. His ability to high point the ball and his toughness after the catch make him a great option for a team like Indy.

K.J. Hamler is one of this writer’s favorites in the draft class. His release and crisp route running ability would fit in great with this offense, as a lot of others before him. Hamler is a bit undersized, but he makes up for it with his dangerous speed after the catch.

Last on the list here is Laviska Shenault. Shenault is a size/speed type of player who makes sense in offenses that run a lot of gadget plays. His route tree is a bit underdeveloped, but he has ability after the catch with speed and his toughness. Shenault is almost built like a running back.
