Binjimen Victor is a wide receiver out of The Ohio State University. He came in as a highly touted recruit for a powerhouse program. His 6’4 frame is what led so many people to think of him as a dynamite prospect. His career did not quite turn out that way.
Victor will be remembered at Ohio State for his many drops throughout his college career. He does not have sure hands. He always was looking up field as opposed to looking the ball fully into his hands, resulting in some back-breaking drops in some big spots.
Victor is also very skinny. Even though he is 6’4, he is only 199 pounds. That might be his weight with him soaking wet too. He did manage to gain some weight while at Ohio State, but he still has a very slight frame. The Colts don’t need someone like that at receiver.
Truth be told, Victor only had one great play in his college career. That was against Penn State, where he caught a pass over the middle in traffic and took it to the house late in the game. That play helped Ohio State come back to beat the Nittany Lions.
There are plenty of other receivers the Colts can get late in this draft that can better suit their needs. Victor had all the potential in the world, but never was able to live up to it. This next player is also at a position of need, but lacks a killer instinct.
