The Colts have already ruled three players out for their final home game against Carolina. One other player is listed as questionable.

Injuries have taken their toll on the Colts this year. They have kept them from having a chance to compete this year. They continue to hamper the team even as the season winds down, as three players have been ruled out of the home finale against the Panthers.

Kenny Moore is one of those players. He has been ruled out yet again with an ankle injury. The secondary has gotten torched in his absence, so him missing another game doesn’t bode well for the pass defense. It would surprise me to see him play again this year.

Quincy Wilson has also been ruled out. Wilson suffered a shoulder injury on Monday night against the Saints. The only reason he had been playing is because Rolan Milligan had been placed on IR. It’s unclear who will replace Wilson, as now only Pierre Desir, Rock Ya-Sin, and Marvell Tell are healthy at corner.

Denico Autry is also ruled out because of a concussion. Autry has had a bit of a down year after being really effective last season. The defensive line as a whole has been a disappointment compared to a season ago. They will miss him on the interior.

The player who is questionable is Malik Hooker. Hooker has a hand injury that might keep him out of Sunday’s game. Hooker did participate in practice today, so that does bode well for him playing on Sunday. But if he is out too, the secondary could be more of a mess than they have been the last two weeks.

This is a game that doesn’t really have any stakes attached to it, so it makes sense for the Colts to be cautious with everyone.
