After the last few months of injury reports have read like novels, today’s reads like a children’s book. There aren’t many people on it, which is great news.

The Colts have lost this season. A large reason for that has been the amount of injuries that they suffered. Several players on IR. Now there are only three games left in the season, and the Colts are most likely going to be watching the playoffs at home.

But they still have three games to play, and they’re going to try to win them all. Going into Thursday night’s matchup against the Saints, the Colts have only three players listed on the injury report. One of them didn’t practice, while two of them was limited.

One of the guys who was limited is T.Y. Hilton. He is still trying to come back from that calf injury. He was adamant that he wasn’t going to be placed on IR this season. Hilton really wants to finish the season out and go out there and help his team.

The other guy who is limited was Pierre Desir. Desir has a groin injury. The Colts need him out there, even though he was part of the group that allowed a paltry 456 yards passing against Tampa Bay. It’s too early to tell if he will be able to go.

The player who didn’t practice is Kenny Moore who has been out with an ankle injury for the last few games. Missing Moore has definitely affected the secondary’s play. It’s much worse without him out there. Again, too early to tell if he will miss the game or not.

This is nice seeing the injury report so low. It’s just a shame the Colts are already out of the picture when it happens.
