Colts vs. Buccaneers: Inactives
By Ryan Stano
The Colts have a few guys coming back from injuries this week, so the inactive list isn’t as bad. But here are the guys who won’t play against Tampa Bay.
The Colts play Tampa Bay today at 1pm in Raymond James Stadium. It is an absolute must-win for them if they want to have any hope of making the playoffs. Losing all but ends their already slim hopes at postseason play. They will have to try to win without these seven guys.
Le’Raven Clark continues to be inactive which is not a surprise. Tevon Coley also continues to be inactive since he was signed in the middle of the season. Chad Kelly is also inactive as Brian Hoyer is still the backup to Jacoby Brissett. None of these are surprises.
T.Y. Hilton is inactive yet again. This isn’t a surprise after learning that he didn’t practice all week, but it is surprising he’s missed the last two games after playing in Houston. I would’ve thought that the calf injury would’ve healed enough where he could be a full-go by now.
Kenny Moore is inactive as well with an ankle injury. Having him out is a big loss for this secondary. He is the best member of this secondary. It is good that both Rock Ya-Sin and Malik Hooker are both active, as both were listed as questionable for today’s game.
E.J. Speed is also inactive, which isn’t a big loss. Adam Vinatieri is also inactive, and his season might be done. If his season is done, his career could be done too. This has been the worst season of his career and he looks done. Chase McLaughlin will take his place.
Hopefully the Colts can win a tough game on the road without these players.
