If you own a Colts player on your fantasy team, this week might not be the best week to start them unless you absolutely have to.

The Colts play Houston on Thursday night in a battle for first place in the AFC South. For fantasy owners of Colts players, this game is a complete nightmare. All of the good fantasy performers are hurt, so other options might be better. But there are a few still worth playing.

Jacoby Brissett is one of them. Even though he doesn’t have a lot of playmakers to throw to, he could still put up a few decent numbers. If you have a QB on a bye week, Brissett isn’t the worst play out there. He will likely get a few touchdowns to help his numbers.

Jonathan Williams might be a decent play for Marlon Mack owners. I personally have Mack in one of my leagues and I picked up Williams. Even though I don’t have a ton of faith in him putting up decent numbers, there aren’t too many better options out there.

For Houston, Deshaun Watson is a must-start. He has put up big numbers all season long. Even if the defense plays well tomorrow, Watson should still put up at least 20 points. That’s especially true if Pierre Desir, Shakial Taylor, and Rock Ya-Sin are all out.

DeAndrew Hopkins is a must-start because of the above injuries as well. No matter who is covering him, they won’t be able to stop him. He will be able to get catches and put up some points. He’s one of the best receivers in the entire league so he should be started in all leagues.

Houston’s defense is worth a start as well. Even though they got torched a week ago, they face a Colts offense missing most of their playmakers. They should be able to keep them from moving the ball consistently. Don’t be surprised if they put up some points.

If you own any Colts players, it might not be a good week for them fantasy wise. But next week should be a lot better.
