The injury report looks a little better today than it did yesterday, but there are still several injury questions leading up to Thursday.

Thursday night games are tough for any team. There is an incredibly short turn around and teams are banged up from the previous Sunday’s game. That is certainly the case for the Colts, who have been banged up for awhile. Thursday night will be no different.

There was only a walk-through today, as there will be tomorrow as well. Anthony Castonzo would have been a full go in practice though with a toe injury. So too would George Odum with a shoulder injury, and Clayton Gathers held out for rest. That’s about where the good news stops though.

Mo Alie-Cox would have been limited with a thumb injury. Parris Campbell would have been limited with his broken hand. Same with Jordan Wilkins and his ankle, and Pierre Desir with his hamstring. Desir said today that he will be a game-time decision.

If Wilkins can’t go, it will be Jonathan Williams who gets most of the carries on Thursday. Him and Nyheim Hines will likely be the two back used, as Marlon Mack is out with a broken hand. Whoever is carrying the ball, they need to stick with them.

Eric Ebron wouldn’t have practiced because of an ankle injury. Same can be said for two other corners, Rock Ya-Sin and Shakial Taylor. T.Y. Hilton wouldn’t have practiced either as he is still nursing that calf. He sounds like he could be a game-time decision as well.

Next. Despite losing Mack, Colts need to keep running the ball. dark

There is one more day of injury reports that will come out. Hopefully that one looks even better than this one.
