The Colts got some not so great news on the injury front on Thursday. They may not be as healthy for Sunday as they had originally hoped.

The Colts were the healthiest they have been all season long against the Broncos. Early this week, it looked like they might keep that going for their game against the Steelers. But now they might be without a key player on Sunday based on today’s report.

T.Y. Hilton did not practice today after being limited yesterday. He has a calf injury. If he can’t play, it’s a massive blow to this offense. Quenton Nelson was limited with a hip/neck injury. The neck injury is new, and also extremely concerning. The Colts need both players out there.

Pierre Desir once again was out because of his hamstring injury. Eric Ebron also did not practice because of an ankle injury. That’s four starters who were either limited or did not practice at all. That’s extremely concerning just three days away from gameday.

Add two more to that list too. Malik Hooker was limited with a knee injury, and Justin Houston was limited with a calf injury. The Colts need both to play in this game on defense. Hooker played his first game since tearing his meniscus last week.

The Colts did get some good news though. Khari Willis was a full participant with his foot injury. So was Tyquan Lewis with his ankle injury. Jabaal Sheard was as well with his foot injury. Kenny Moore was also able to fully practice, so they might get him back too.

Next. Colts need to play more zone coverage vs. Steelers. dark

The injury report tomorrow will answer a lot of questions. We will keep you up to date on everything.
