It’s time to pick who will win this first divisional battle. Can the Colts rise up and win one on the road?

Last week, I picked the Colts to lose to the Chargers. While I was correct, my score was wrong. Also, the way the Colts were supposed to lose was wrong as well. I didn’t expect the offense to play as well as it did, and I didn’t expect the defense to be so poor.

This week, it’s a different opponent. The Titans pride their game on being tough on defense and running the football well. They don’t really throw the ball down the field a whole lot and like to have long, sustained drives down the field.

Because of that, the Colts have a good chance in this one. Expect the defense to bounce back from a very poor effort a week ago. Also expect the special teams to be much better. There’s no way they can possibly be as bad as they were in Los Angeles.

The question comes down to the offense. Can the Colts muster enough fire power to drive down the field and finish drives with touchdowns? If Marlon Mack and the offensive line do what they did last week, they will do that no problem.

Game Predictions: Colts 27 Titans 21

The Colts should be able to move the ball down the field well, and the defense will come up with a few turnovers as well. This game should be close into the fourth quarter, but Jacoby Brissett puts the game away late with a touchdown pass.

I don’t expect this team to start 0-2, and they will fight to make sure that doesn’t happen.
