Of course, the franchise quarterback was the most impactful player on the team. Andrew Luck had a great comeback year, and should win the Comeback Player of the Year award at the end of the season after missing all of last season with a shoulder injury.
Luck was second in the league in touchdown passes with 39, set a career high in completion percentage, and had his second highest passing yardage total of his career. He looks like a better quarterback than he was before the injury.
Luck has led the Colts offense with confidence all season long, and should continue to do so in the playoffs. With him under center, the Colts are always in the game. As long as he can have time to throw, the defense is going to be in trouble trying to stop him.
These players all had great 2018 seasons. Now let’s see what they can do this postseason to keep the train running.
