The Colts play one of the worst teams in the league this week. Sports gamblers might be interested in this one because of the over/under number too. Here is what Vegas is saying about the game right now.

If you’re a sports gambler, you look for spreads that you can easily bet. The Colts-Giants game could be one of those games. The Giants are one of the worst teams in the league coming off getting shut out, while the Colts are one of the leagues hottest coming off of a shut out.

Because of that exact scenario, the Colts are listed as a 9.5 favorite in this one. That is a pretty large spread in the NFL, but one that can easily be managed. Based on how both teams are playing at the moment, it seems to be a pretty fair line.

I would take the Colts outright in this one. The Giants have a horrible offense and a bad defense. That is a bad combination to have going up against one of the hottest teams in the league. The Colts should easily cover the spread in this one.

The over/under in this one is 47. That seems high considering the Giants didn’t score a single point last week against the Titans. I would expect a similarly low output this week. The Colts defense just shut out the Cowboys last week, and they have a much better offense.

I would take the under. Even though the Colts will score a lot of points, I wouldn’t expect them to put up enough to make up for the Giants’ futility. Indy might not have their full compliment of weapons either, which would only lower the point total.

Keep an eye on the line for this one. I would jump on it now while it is in single digits. It could move up to double digits by the end of the week.
