Colts vs. Texans week 14: Injury report
By Ryan Stano
Going into the game tomorrow, the Colts will only be missing a few players. But some of those players are key guys who will be deeply missed.
The Colts have been dealing with some key injuries lately. They haven’t been as banged up as they were earlier in the season, but they are still missing some good guys. For tomorrow’s game, they will be without four players, while five other players are questionable.
Ryan Kelly is one of those players who is out. He is still battling that knee injury. He should be close to coming back though. He needs time to practice and get himself back into game shape. They want to make sure he is completely healthy before he comes back.
Mike Mitchell is also out because of a calf injury he sustained. He will need more time to get healthy. Mo Alie-Cox is also out once again because of a calf injury. That means it will be a healthy dose of Eric Ebron and Erik Swoope at the tight end position.
Dontrelle Inman is the last guy who is out for the game. He will miss it with a shoulder injury. That cuts down the amount of pass catchers for Andrew Luck even more. But the two biggest absences will be Kelly and Alie-Cox.
T.Y. Hilton is questionable with a shoulder injury. I would expect him to play though. He knows how big of a game this is, and will do everything he can to play. Margus Hunt is questionable with a knee injury, but he is a little harder to pin down. He might be a game-time decision.
Denico Autry is questionable with a back injury. He wasn’t listed on the injury report until Friday. He would be a big loss if he can’t go. The other two injuries are Chris Milton and Nate Hairston, who are questionable with a hamstring and an ankle respectively.
Hopefully all of the players who are questionable are available for the game, because it will be all hands on deck.
